Back in the Game Video Games & Repairs is looking for motivated, dependable, and energetic team members to join our growing company across our Crestwood, Chicago, and Cicero locations. We are currently seeking candidates for Team Manager, Store Manager, and Marketing/Social Media positions.

Our team members play an important role in creating a fun, welcoming, and customer-focused environment while supporting our buy, sell, trade, and repair business. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include assisting customers, driving sales, buying and evaluating video games and consoles, maintaining store appearance and inventory, supervising and developing employees, supporting daily store operations, and helping grow the Back in the Game brand through marketing and social media.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail, management, sales, gaming, or social media experience is preferred for applicable positions. Most importantly, we're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, take pride in delivering a great experience, and want the opportunity to grow with Back in the Game.
